06 (S) – Compact monobloc powder dosing/capping machine

Structure and safety

• Aluminum main structure, fully covered with stainless steel panels
• Infeed and outfeed conveyor belt with a single motor: adjustable guides and stainless steel structure
• Bottle positioning via high-density POLYZENE star wheel.
• Bottle dimensions up to Ø 80 mm. H 220 mm.
• Cabin made of aluminium and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical safety switches.
• Electrical and logic controls located inside a stainless steel box, next to the machine.

Dosing system

• Dosing head with auger tool, mounted on a column; up and down movement of the entire device with possibility of rotation for cleaning operations
• Adjustable dosing speed with brushless motor
• Stainless steel hopper with Ø140 mm hole, capacity 19 or 30 litres; product return function and level control via capacitive sensor
• Dosing control via 100-pulse/revolution encoder and Siemens quick counter modules
• Parts in contact with the product made of AISI 316 stainless steel

Closing unit

• Cap feeder by means of stainless steel vibration cup, Ø 600 mm, with soundproof container

• The machine can be supplied with a closure head for screw caps or aluminium caps (adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch with torque selection), or with a pneumatic device for pressure or rubber caps.

(OPT.) In “S” version:

• Over/under feeder with stainless steel vibratory bowl and double-lane linear guide, with soundproofing option and adjustable pedestal
• Double mechanical or electropneumatic over/under positioning unit

Logic controls and alarms

• Minimum and maximum bottle load on the belt (stand by)
• Minimum cap load in supply (stand by)
• Presence of bottles in dosing (dosing disabled)
• Cap application check (stop)
• Level control in the powder feeder (product call-stop after xx seconds)
• Possibility of rejecting bottles due to lack of product or incorrect capping
