Depending on the type of bottle and cap, the capping operation can be carried out directly on the conveyor belt or outside it by means of a pneumatic slide.
The capping system consists of a capping head with magnetic clutch and adjustable torque and speed.
Structure and safety
- Aluminum main structure, fully covered with stainless steel panels
- Infeed and outfeed conveyor driven by a single motor complete with adjustable guides and stainless steel structure.
- A pneumatic system operates the bottles under the capping device of the dispenser.
- Cabin made of aluminium and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical safety switches.
- The electrical and logic controls are located inside a stainless steel box, next to the machine.
Capping System
- Manual feeding of caps by the operator.
- Closing head for screw caps or aluminium caps, with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch with torque selection.
- OPTIONAL – Automatic feeding via stainless steel vibration cup, Ø 600 mm and cap positioning via mechanical or pneumatic device.

- Siemens S7 CPU1200 PLC-based logic controls
- Siemens MiniTOUCH operating panel with alarm list and configuration functions
