TE – Single-dose and extemporaneous cap assembler

General structure

• Main structure in anodised aluminium section, completely covered with stainless steel panels. High-precision rotary table system and three-phase driver with inverter. Uncoupling systems with stainless steel circular vibrators complete with soundproofing cover.
• Protection cabin in anodised aluminium profile and polycarbonate panels with mechanical microswitches. On-board electrical and control panel in stainless steel.

Functional description

• Plug insertion unit in the main wheel, consisting of a linear vibration guide with 4 lanes (3 for TE3, 2 for TE2 and 1 for TE1) and insertion system with electropneumatic movement and pick and place unit with suction system.
• Rotary feeder with 4 + 4 needles (3 + 3 for TE3, 2 + 2 for TE2 and 1 + 1 for TE1) with powder hopper, complete with scrapers and powder loading system. Mechanical adjustment of needle dosage and pre-compression, with brushless motor and independent programming system
• Cutting and insertion of aluminium discs in multilayer material supplied in reels with mechanical movement and vacuum pick and place system
• Induction welding system with mechanical movement; hot-punch welding with adjustable temperature
• Gasket insertion unit, consisting of a vibrating unscrambler with gasket insertion by means of loading columns. Insertion mechanism with mechanical movement

Controls and alarms

• Minimum load on supply lanes for container and cap
• Presence of the container on the dosing station
• Dust detection with optical sensor
• Welding disc control via camera (STOP after XXX consecutive errors)
• Security alarms, motors, etc.
