Labelling
Automatic labelling machine model APPLY LABEL, consisting of:
- Drawing module with paper-crossing roller assembly, which enables the dispensing of labels up to 128 mm wide (130 mm with backing paper)
- Operator-side’ reel unwinder complete with reel holder roller and paper guide modules for reels up to 280 mm diameter and automatic paper unwinding device
- Support paper unwinder for saving reels of up to 180 mm diameter
- Stop photocell for pointing the label pitch and braking at the right point
- Long dispensing unit for separating the label from the backing paper, with mechanical angle adjustment, depending on the labelling point
- Micro-adjustments on machine board for positioning the labelling head at the labelling point
- Photocell start, complete with holder and micro-adjustments
