Functional modes
- Containers are manually placed on the loading platform and transported by a turntable and guides to the blower wheel.
- At the inlet of the blower wheel, the bottles, which are held in place in the prepared containers, are cleaned by a jet of compressed air.
- Once the blowing operation is completed, the containers return to the turntable and are transported by the exit guides.
- The machine is equipped with safety devices.
General features
- The blower-suction machine is built in accordance with GMP standards and regulations and is equipped with:
- Ø1500 mm rotating disc with speed control
- Vertical star wheel with blowing nozzles and speed control
- Connections for external suction system
- Air filtration devices equipped with PALL filters – no. 3 cascade filters from 0.3 to 0.01 microns, AISI316 stainless steel nozzles
- Security booth with opening doors, made of aluminium templates and polycarbonate panels
- Stainless steel electrical cabinet beside the machine with Siemens S7 CPU1200 PLC and touch-screen operator panel
- For model TS100 only, availability of ioniser bottle size adjustment in the diameter range 20-60 mm (60-80 mm set of optional parts)
