Structure and safety
- Main structure in anodised aluminium profile, completely covered with stainless steel panels.
- Entry and exit belts with single drive: adjustable stainless steel and polyethylene guides.
- 1 or 2 stainless steel or high-density polyethylene 8-cavity positioning carousels, removable for size changeover, with auger bottle infeed device and no. 3 8-cavity service carousels. Bottle sizes up to Ø 80 mm. H 240 mm.
- Safety enclosure in anodised aluminium profile and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical limit switches
- On-board electrical and control cabinet, stainless steel
Capping system
- 1 or 2 cap feeder with stainless steel vibrating bowl, Ø600 mm, with soundproofing and adjustable pedestal complete with respective stainless steel and POLYURETHANE belt elevators, capacity c. 300 lt.
- 1 or 2 cap feeding systems with pull-off or pick-up & place device. Double unit with 8 closing heads each for pressure caps, aluminium or plastic with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch for closing torque calibration
Logic Controls
- Siemens S7 CPU 1200 PLC-based logic control
- Operator interface via Siemens Simatic Touch-Screen panel with alarm list, setup functions and parameter editing
- Adjustment of machine productivity via inverter

- Minimum and maximum bottle load on the belt (stand by)
- Minimum cap load in supply (stand by)
- Bottle presence check at capping station (no capping)
