Structure and safety

• Aluminum main structure, fully covered with stainless steel panels
• Infeed and outfeed conveyor driven by a single motor: adjustable guides and stainless steel structure
• A pneumatic Stop & Go system operates the bottles under the dosing pistons: container sizes up to Ø 80 mm, H 240 mm
• Cabin made of aluminium and tempered glass or polycarbonate with mechanical safety switches
• Electrical and logic controls located inside a stainless steel box, next to the machine.

Dosing system

• AISI 316 stainless steel nozzles and pistons with ball valves.
• Mechanical dosing volume adjustment.
• Nozzle and piston movements with a single motorisation and mechanical phase regulation.
• Motorisation with inverter and adjustable speed from operator panel.

AVAILABLE IN 4 or 8 DOSAGE UNITS UP TO 500 ML. EACH – SPECIAL NOZZLES FOR DRIP AND FOAM PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE

Capping system

• Closing head for screw caps or aluminium caps, with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic clutch with torque selection.
• Cap feeding device with stainless steel vibration cup, Ø 600 mm. Cap positioning by mechanical or pneumatic device

Logic Controls

• Siemens S7 CPU 1200 PLC-based logic controls
• Siemens miniTouch operating panel, with alarm list, setup function and sensitive areas.

Check Points

• Minimum and maximum bottle load (stand by)
• Minimum cap load (stand by)
• Presence of bottles at the filling point (without dosing)
• Liquid level (product call – stop after xx seconds) – OPTIONAL
