HC 500
The HC 500 is a continuous-cycle horizontal cartoner. This model is suitable for high volume production, being capable of producing up to 500 cartons per minute. The HC 500 guarantees optimum yields thanks to an innovative product transfer system using chain and pulleys, combined with safety clutches on all main servo drive movements.
HC 400
The HC 400 is a continuous-cycle horizontal cartoner capable of producing up to 400 cartons per minute. This model achieves optimal production while being suitable for a wide range of products. With the integration of a PC-based control system with touch screen, which conforms to industry standards, machine operation and production can be easily managed.
HC 200
The HC 200 is a horizontal continuous/intermittent cycle cartoner. This model is suitable for small and medium-sized productions, with a capacity of 200 cartons per minute. Due to the design of the main workstation as a combination of servo and mechanical systems, this configuration ensures high operating speed with minimal maintenance.
MASTA
Masta is a high-end cartoning machine that has been optimized for the production of high-quality products and to ensure maximum ease of use. This model operates on an intermittent cycle, with noise and vibration minimized through the use of belts in the main drive systems. Its compact, high-quality design sets it apart from other models, a testament to Hoong-A’s advanced technology and development capabilities.
HC 100
The HC 100 is a horizontal intermittent-cycle cartoner equipped with a customized feeding system. This model is ideal for small-scale production, with a capacity of 100 cartons per minute. It is the most cost-effective model for packaging various types of products in small batches with a small footprint.
