L05M – Benchtop liquid filling and capping station

Production cycle

The first operator sets the desired dosing level via the panel, manually inserts the containers under the dosing needles and starts filling by pressing the double button on the bench.

He then places the two filled bottles on the conveyor belt, which automatically leads them to the second operator, who places the cap on one bottle at a time and manually places them under the capping head. Pressing a similar double button starts the capping operation.

Dosing system

• Semi-automatic liquid dosing machine with double syringe for dosing up to 500 ml each in AISI316 stainless steel (higher doses are possible with several filling cycles); complete with bottle positioners and needle holders in polyethylene and AISI316 stainless steel.
• The speed is adjustable with an inverter. A manual mode (one cycle each time the START button or the optional foot pedal is pressed) or a semi-automatic mode (one dosing and suction cycle + a programmable waiting time) can be selected.
• Pneumatic valve option for high density liquids.

Capping System

• Semi-automatic benchtop capping machine for closing bottles and rigid containers with screw caps or aluminum caps
• Screwing head with magnetic clutch adjustable from 10 to 23 kg and mechanically adjustable compression spring
• Three- or four-roller threading and edging head for caps or pumps with aluminum ferrule

General features

• Anodised aluminium shelf with stainless steel cover; polyethylene format container blocks with pneumatic locking option for cylindrical bottles and screw cap.
• Aluminum profile screwdriver head support column with height adjustable by handwheel.
• Motorization with three-phase motor for the capping movement and rotation of the screwing head.
• Control and command panel with double safety button to start closing cycle
• Screwdriver head high position limit switch
