HM 1000
HM 1000 is an optimized high-speed blister packaging machine with intermittent operation in three-lane mode. This model is suitable for large-scale production, being capable of producing up to 1000 blisters per minute. HM 1000 offers high flexibility and efficiency, combining innovative technology with ergonomic design.
HM 600
HM 600 is a continuous/intermittent cycle blister packaging machine with one to three lanes of operation mode. This model is suitable for large-scale production, being capable of producing up to 600 blisters per minute. (900 blisters in 3-lane mode.) The HM 600 offers gentle processing and high performance for all types of solid dose products with common forming materials. Depending on the type of product, plate or rotary sealing method can be applied.
HM 400
The HM 400 is a continuous/intermittent operation blister packaging machine with two-lane mode. This model is suitable for medium-sized productions, with a maximum capacity of 400 blisters per minute. The HM 400 is Hoong-A’s best-selling model and offers maximum efficiency and outstanding productivity. Depending on the type of product, either the plate or rotary sealing method can be used.
HM 300P
The HM 300P is an intermittent motion blister packaging machine with plate sealing and single lane operation. This model is suitable for small and medium-sized productions, with a maximum capacity of 300 blisters per minute. The HM 300P is optimally designed for products that require frequent format changes, while providing the highest performance and quality in its price range.
HM 200R
HM 200R is a continuous rotary motion blister packaging machine. This model is suitable for small-scale production, with a maximum capacity of 150 blisters per minute. HM 200R is an economical model suitable for various types of products and offers the advantage of easy format changeover and a simple design for easy maintenance.
HM V6+
HM V6+ is a blister packaging machine for solid dose products such as tablets and gelatin capsules, in which is suitable for small and medium sized production. This model is considered as the most flexible blister packaging line with high production efficiency. HM V6 is applicable to wide range of thermoforming and cold forming blisters packaging along versatile pharmaceutical blister systems. PLC integrated along with a touch panel creates an operator friendly environment, such as one-touch quick tool setting and supportive GMP directives.
HM V3
HM V3 is a blister packaging machine with intermittent plate sealing motion. This model is ideal for small productions and occupies little space. HM V3 is the most cost-effective machine because it is designed to ensure easy operation with different types of products and is suitable for versatile industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare and confectionery.
HM V6TR
HM V6TR is a customized model of HM V6 that specializes in tropical blister packaging to provide greater protection of moisture-sensitive products from temperature changes. This model provides an additional step of tropical film packaging after PVC/Alu blister packaging. It consists of add-ons such as a tropical blister film feeder, cold forming station, bridge bypass guide for standard blisters, and an additional sealing station for tropical blisters.
