04L – Linear powder dosing machine

Facilities and security

• Aluminum main structure, fully covered with stainless steel panels
• A single inlet and outlet conveyor driven by a single motor: adjustable guides and stainless steel structure
• Container sizes up to  120 mm, H 240 mm.
• Stop&Go system using pneumatic cylinders to position and move containers under the dosing station.
• Protective enclosure made of aluminum and polycarbonate (or tempered glass upon request) with mechanical safety switches.
• Electrical and logic controls located inside a stainless steel box, next to the machine, with Siemens PLC and operator panel with Touch Screen display.

Dosing system

• Dosing head with auger tool, column mounted; up and down movement of the whole device with possibility of rotation for cleaning operations.
• Stainless steel hopper with Ø140 mm. hole and maximum capacity of 45 liters. product call function and level control by capacitive sensor.
• Dosing control by 100 pulses/revolution. Siemens encoder and rapid counter modules

Check Points

• Minimum and maximum loading of bottles on the conveyor belt (stand by)
• Presence of bottles at the filling point (without dosing)
• Dust level in the main funnel (product call – stop after xx seconds).
