Production cycle
The operator sets the desired dosing level via panel, manually places the container under the dosing mouth, and starts filling by pressing the start button on the control panel. In the 05M version, the operator can also place the filled bottle on a conveyor belt that automatically leads it to the second operator, who puts the cap on and manually places it under the capping head. By pressing a double button on the bench (or foot pedal), the capping operation is started.
The station is thus able to achieve a throughput of about 600-900 pieces/hour
Dosing system
- Semi-automatic powder/granule dosing machine with auger system made of AISI316 stainless steel; complete with format positioner for bottles.
- An electropneumatic unit raises the bottle, inserting the dosing terminal inside the container, allowing direct dosing while leaving the machine perfectly clean.
- Two selectable working modes: semiautomatic (the operator positions the container and presses the start button from the panel to start dosing) or with programmable timing (the machine determines the pause period between dosing)
- (OPZ.) dynamic scale for dosage control during the filling operation.
Capping system
- Semi-automatic benchtop capping machine for closing bottles and rigid containers with screw caps or aluminum caps
- Screwing head with magnetic clutch adjustable from 10 to 23 kg and mechanically adjustable compression spring
- Three- or four-roller threading and edging head for caps or pumps with aluminum ferrule
General features
- Anodized aluminum table top with stainless steel cover; polyethylene format container holder blocks with pneumatic locking option for cylindrical bottles and screw cap.
- Aluminum profile screwdriver head support column with height adjustable by handwheel.
- Motorization with three-phase motor for the capping movement and rotation of the screwing head.
- Control and command panel with double safety button to start closing cycle
- High position limit stop screwdriver head
As an option, the machine can be equipped with a weight control system with a load cell (or precision scale) and control panel where the operator can set the desired weight and the machine automatically adjusts dosing based on the weight.
